4. Authenticity Guarantee
Every artwork sold through Gallery Beyond comes with a certificate of authenticity. We guarantee that all artworks are original and as described. If you have concerns about authenticity, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and artwork size. We take utmost care in packaging artworks for safe delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all deliveries immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of fine art, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:
- Damage during shipping (reported within 48 hours)
- Significant discrepancy from description
- Authenticity concerns
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
